Magibug Game

Magibug is an innovative online card game available for purchase on Steam, where players engage in strategic, competitive gameplay featuring unique, customizable creatures known as meeples. As part of the illustration and graphic design team, my role was focused on creating gear for the meeples, as well as contributing to the overall graphic design of the game. Magibug combines strategic card play with dynamic artwork, and my contributions were integral to ensuring that the visual style of the game aligned with its exciting, immersive mechanics.

 

Magibug is set in a whimsical, magical world where players use cards to summon and equip their meeples—adorable, insect-like creatures that represent the player’s forces. The primary goal of the game is to outsmart and outmaneuver your opponents through strategic card play while customizing your meeples with unique gear that enhances their abilities and appearance. The game is designed to be accessible for new players but offers deep, tactical gameplay for seasoned strategists.
