Onkan is a concept game I developed that draws heavily from the rich mythology of Mayan and Aztec gods. The game was designed as a platformer with intricate puzzles and dynamic challenges, set in a world where each level is inspired by a different god from these ancient cultures. Players traverse a variety of environments, solve puzzles, and encounter unique tricks and obstacles, all while interacting with powerful deities from the ancient world.

As part of the design team, I contributed by creating concept art and 3D assets that brought this mystical world to life. This included designing bridges, platforms, statues, and other architectural elements that were central to the environment and gameplay. Through my work, I aimed to capture the awe-inspiring scale and mystical beauty of Mayan and Aztec architecture, while also ensuring that the designs were both functional for gameplay and rich in cultural symbolism.

In Onkan, players take on the role of a hero who embarks on a journey through the temples and sacred lands of the Mayan and Aztec pantheon. Each level represents a different god, and the environments are tailored to reflect the deities' attributes and mythologies. The game is designed to be a platformer with elements of puzzle-solving and exploration. Players must navigate treacherous landscapes, solve environmental puzzles, and overcome challenges set by the gods, with the ultimate goal of reaching the temple or sacred site of each deity to earn their favor.
